311 is Prairie Bend's hotline for city services and information. Contact 311 to report a problem, request a service, or ask a question about anything the city runs — from trash pickup to potholes to a barking-dog complaint.
311 can help in any language. Email us and a Customer Service Specialist will reply within 24–48 business hours, or call and let the specialist know what language you speak — they'll bring an interpreter onto the line.
